Startups are my bread and butter. Having spent my entire career on startup leadership teams as an executive leader and Chief of Staff, I’m intimately aware of the challenges that arise while scaling a company. I know the madness that goes on from seed to Series A, Series B, exit and beyond and have developed a proven framework to accelerate group trust and develop high-performing cultures.
