Let’s Level Up Together

This was a year of big decisions and bold moves. I left my very comfortable job, froze my eggs, committed to my climbing by investing in a clinic to improve my mental game, and announced the launch of my new business, Conscious Ascent.  

This year is the culmination of much introspection, hard work, and planning. In 2020, I had just undergone two wrist surgeries from a nasty climbing accident, was scared about our uncertain future with covid, and generally confused about the direction of my life. I had never really understood why anyone would need a coach until I felt incredibly lost myself and realized I needed help. 

I interviewed 6 individuals hoping I’d feel that instant connection with someone. My 7th call was with Rich (a nice reminder from the universe that patience is a virtue). I got off that initial discovery call with Rich and knew I wanted to work with him. We worked together diligently and intentionally for a year and a half. I was curious and accepted the invitations to explore his activities and practices. We had fun and I felt I was making progress and intentionally crafting my life… when facilitation quite literally fell into my lap. 

I discovered the power of group work and became a professional facilitator whilst at AirDNA thanks to the encouragement of the leadership team. I discovered my purpose and passion in life is to work with people to help them be the most authentic versions of themselves. 

This discovery led me to work with 2 new coaches. Leslie introduced me to the SpiralMethod, a powerful tool for building group trust, and Natalie who showed me somatic tools and NLP to connect with the wisdom in my body. 

This wisdom told me it was time to leave. This wisdom told me that I’m ready to take what I’ve learned and share it with others.

This is the idea behind Conscious Ascent. To help leaders and teams to boldly step into the most authentic versions of themselves to achieve real meaningful success and fulfillment.

This is conscious up-leveling. It will take work. You will have to be intentional. But I can assure you that you will have me right by your side at every step of the way rooting for you in your fullest expression. We will work hard, we will have fun, we will ascend together.
